Heavy-Duty Cords Overslie Cords mm I' lv 7' i r Lorena Trickey, one of the best known horsewomen of the west, ar rived here last uight with a Roman team and a string of relay horses, and will compete in these events at the rodeo to be staged here July 2, 3 and 4. Miss Trickey has entered compe tition in every large roundup in the world, and has captured many prizes during the few years she has taken part in the western shows. Bonnie Dare has also arrived with a relay string and these two horse women, will battle it out in the women's .relay event. Word also was received that Ceorge ' Fletcher, who took second money at Pendleton two years ago, is en route here and will arrive by tomorrow to get ready for the rid ing events. In all, 16 horses arrived last night for the rodeo events and m ro were scheduled to reach hera to night. . With this array of talent, Bly Rodeo officials, who are staging the event here, predict that the rodeo will be by far the best that was ever staged here. MISS HANNON RETURNS Brings Little Nelre Home to Spend Summer Months Here Miss Bernardino Hannon returned Sunday from a two weeks' vaca tion trip at Portland and South Bend, Washington. At South Bend Miss Hannon was the guest of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Fisher. Little Martha Helen Fisher returned With Miss Hannon and will, spend the sum mer here with her grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher plan to motor here in August for a visit with Mrs. Fisher's parents, after which they will return home, taking lit tle Martha Helen. SOUTHERN GIRL HERE Birmingham, Alunanm Girl Hero for Visit With Relatives Miss Agnes Donnelly of Birming ham, Alabama arrived in the city Saturday evening to be the house guest of her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Graham.
