That the banquet apd program were a success was attested by (he enjoyment cf the 75 who attended. The b'jnquet was prepared and served by the Home Cookery club of Merrill. The girls serving were dressed in white and orange, the club colors. Following the banquet brief addresses on club work were given by County Club leader Frank Sexton, George Of field, fester Turn- baugh, and It. 1!. Anderson. One of the enjoyable features cf the program was demonstrat'onr made by members of tho-Homc Mak ing club. Kathryn Pope demon strated the efiicent method of mak ing a bed; Mildred Hayes, demon strated how one can save stops and accomplish more work la the hxre: and Geneveive Goode demonstrated the approved method in removing stains from linen. Mrs. W. J. Jlnnetto is the local club leader of the Merrill Homo Mak'ng club and Miss Ellen Mt Veigh club leader of the MerrJJI nome cockery club.
