The Union Pa cific attorneys and other representa tives were given fulf and fair oppor tunity to be heard. A committee of substantial citizens, whose integrity and fairness are beyond suspicion, lit tened to both railroads, made an inde pendent investigation, and then con cluded that the best interests of Klam ath County will be served by the pres ervation of the present Southern Ptv v cific tystem. Those employed by, or interested with the Union Pacific Railroad, now publicly condemn the large number of our leading citizent who have only the -.
