of Directors of the Horsefly Irriga
tion District a petition praying that
the NV of the SEVi and the NEU
of the SWU of Section 29, in Town
shin 39 south. Range 11 east of the
Willamette Meridian, in Klamath I
County, Oregon, be included within
the boundaries of the Horsefly Irriga
tion District. The tract qf land which
is petitioned to be included is bound
ed as follows. Commencing at south
east corner of the SV4 of NE'A of
Section 29, in Township 39 south.
Range 11 east of the Willamette Me
ridian, thence south one-quarter of a
mile, nibre or less, to the southeast
corner of the NV of the SE of
said Section 29; thence west ,onc-half
a mile, more or less, to the south
west corner of the XE i of SW hi of
said Section 29 ;thence north ono
quarter of a mlle.raore or less, to
the northwest corner of the NEV4 of
SW'4 of said Section 29; thence east
one-half mile, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
