Two American soldiers who were wounded in the Selcheprey engage ment last Saturday, were found alive yterday in a dugout In "no man'a" nl. The reclamation service has awarded contracts for leasing 60, 000 acres of graxing lands In Umatilla, Gilliam and Morrow counties In Oregon. R. I. Stanfleld was awarded 32,680 for $73,- 900, and John Kenny of Hepner got 12,000 acres for $19,095. Residents of Cecil got other contracts.
