commissioner of health, says that
"It will have to give way in the near
future to tbe destructible bottle that
will never be used a second time."
This is taken to mean that within
a few weeks the health department
advisory board will rule that the
glass milk bottle must go.
Such rulings have all the effect
of statute law.
Commissioner Dixon doesn't like
the danger of infection through the
