To Charles Paulson and Emma Paul son, his wife, and also all other persons or parties unknown, claiming any right .title, estate, lien, or interest in the real es tate described in the complaint herein, Defendants: In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above entitled court and cause, on or before the last day of the time prescribed in the or der for publication made herein, to wit: The 2d day of July, 1915, and if you fail to so answer, for want thereof, the plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief prayed for In his complaint herein, to-wit: For the foreclosure of that certain mortgage made and executed by Charles Paulson and Louise Paulson, on the 13th day of September, 1910, to and in favor of Martin Brothers, Incorporated, a corporation, for the' sum of $328.50, together with Inter est thereon, which said mortgage was, on September 15, 1910, recorded' In Book 10 of tile Real Estate Mort-I i gage Records of Klamath County, Oregon, -at page 254, and thereafter regularly assigned to the plaintiff, and on which, at the date of the fil ing of the complaint herein, there re mained due and unpaid the sum of $212.76, together with interest as in the said mortgage and complaint pro vided; that all the right, title and In terest of the defendants, or either of them, In and to the lands herein de scribed, be foreclosed, except the right to redeem as provided by law; for the recovery of and from said de- fendants of the sum of $27.05, paid by plaintiff to redeem the real prop- erty embraced in said mortgage from t4DA twnm delinquent tax sale; for his costs and disbursements herein and accruing! costs; for $"100.00 attorney's fees I herein. Said mortgage covers and ' embraces the west one-half of the northeast quarter, the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, and the northeast quarter of the south- west quarter of section seventeen, in township forty south, range eleven east, of the Willamette Meridian; for the sale of said lands in the manner provided by law, and that the pro eceds of such sale be applied as fol fel fol eows: 1st To the costs and disburse ments of this suit and the foreclosure of said mortgage and the sale of the premises embraced therein. 2nd To the payment of such sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorney's fees to be allowed in this suit. 3rd To the payment to the plain tiff of the sum of $212.76, together with the Interest thereon from the date of said complaint at the rate of 10 per cent per annum until paid.
