Camp, project manager. The condi
tions outlined for the change will be
submitted to the directors of the
Klamath Water Users Association at
their meeting Saturday, and whatever
changes, additions, etc.. they sug
gest will be transmitted to Washing
ton. After these are acted upon, the
question will be submitted to. the wa
ter users under tbe flrst unit. Each
wilt he sent a letter explaining the
matter In full, and each will be en
titled to one vote. These votes will
be counted later by an official of the
reclamation service, aa official of the
association, and a third party.
