held up by the council for a couple
of weeks, were the subject of a spe
cial report by the finance committee,
Councilman O. W. White, chairman,
last night. r
The committee found that the for
mer bill should be cut 1 6.60 and the
balanco of 64.45 allowed.
On tbo second bill the committee
roportcd that It had traced all feat
one of the Items to the use of the
city after being ordered by persons
accustomed to ordering same. The

evidently ordered by D. H. Qool when
