Thompson, the only woman carried on the roll of the pension of flco as a soldier of the Union army, died yesterday. Mrs. Thompson wa recognised as a soldier, largely because of services she rendered tho latter part of the civil war by discovering and reporting to federal troops tho hiding placo of John Morgan, the confederate general who Invaded and terrorised Ohio.
