I know a number of ladies who use honey as a cosmetic. They apply it to the skin, rub it in well, then wash it oft with hot water. The result is a finer tex tured complexion, a glowing color and a young fresh look. taataMmmwi The American Federation of Labor is sending out to every section of the country the "dec larations" upon and for which it stands.
