Von der Hellen Introduces a Bill. To prohibit telephones in immoral places is the purpose of a bill introduced by Representative Von der Ilellen, of this county, in the House Tuesday. The bill if enacted, will make liable to pun ishment any person who shall refuse to remove a telephone from an immoral house or room within five days after noti fied of the evil character of the place,and he shall be deemed to be knowingly vio lating the act. The penalty proposed is a fine of not more than JlEX) nor less than #10, or by imprisonment not less than five or more than ten days. The bills give Justices of the Peace jurisdiction.
