It is evident that Mr. Stovall
used the Salem newspapers ns

Mr. Editor, why do people let
their heads get so clouded
with steamed-up false accusa
tions that they fail to see the
real issue. We need reorganiza
tion and if we are forced into
cleaning house to get it done,
then let's not stop here.
