School District No. 129-J ) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special school district election here by is called to be held at the school house in and for said School District No. 129-J, Linn County, Oregon, on Monday, the 25th day of June, 1956, between the hours of 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. thereof. There will be submitted to the legal voters of said district the following questions: 1. Shall School Diatrict No. 129-J unite with School District No. 21-J, Linn County, Oregon, for the forma tion of a Union High School District for high school purposes only? 2. Shall the following described premises, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast cor ner of said School District No. 129-J site; running north along said east boundary to the rail road right of way; thenpe North westerly along the railroad right of way to the western boundary of said school site; thence south along the western boundary of said site to the center of Ever green Street; thence east along the center of Evergreen Street to the eastern boundary of the drive way to the grade school; thence South to the south line of said site; thence east to the place of beginning; containing approxim ately 11.498 acres, more or less; together with fixtures and equip ment; reserving for School Dis trict Ne. 120-J, however, joint user in that portion of the site lying southerly of the south por- tion of the tract around the ath- letic field. proposed as the site for said Union High School be transferred at a cost of One Dollar ($1.00) as the site for the proposed Union High School.
