The rumor that Mr. Watterson is to leave the Courier Journal and accept a position on the New York Herald is probably a fiction. Mr. Wattetson could manage to get along without Keutucky, but Kentucky really needs Mr. Watterson; needs him to tell her the truths that a less courageous man would not dare to utter. MISCELLANEOUS.
