Miller home Monday evening on their return from a visit of three weeks in North Platte, Neb. They remarked they had an enjoy able trip and ran into a snow storm in Wyoming, but seem glad to be back in Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Miller and chil dren went to Portland Sunday after noon, planning on taking in the auto races but on account of rain the races were postponed. They visited Mrs. Miller’s sister and family, Mrs. J. H. Jacob. P. Ainsnig and family moved into Beech Chapman s cabin which they bought the first of the week. Mr. and Mrs. C- Dougherty and daughter Helen, Miss Katherine Sher man, and Mr. and Mrs. H. Showeth of Portland visited at the Grim home Sunday.
