CONTRACTORS TO COMPLETE LOCKS BY DECEMBER 1 CONTRACTORS 18— ...................... With the completion of the south side of th e locks last Su n day a n o th er milestone was passed In the completion of the da m pro ject. The north wall is ta kin g more time than the south wall as entrance to the fish locks a r e on that side. The job will be co m pleted by the end of the m on th If everything goes as planned. The second pour in the fish locks will bo made the la tte r part of this week. In the power house the forms are ready for the pour in unit one of the draft tubes. Seventy per- I cent of the pour has been co m pleted in this unit. This br in e s the pour up to the steel liners, which are being pot in place this week. In unit two the forms will be in place by th e end of the week and the pour will probably : start then. Steel arrived for the liners in this unit Monday. In the station service un it th e j forms will probably be all in [lace by the end of the week. Mrs. L.
