Hood National Forest, discovered a camp fire which had not been ex tinguished. near the- Indian Moun tain trail. The persons responsible for leaving this fire were later aj»pre- h» ruled by Ranger Wiesendanger l»efiire they had returned to tlie Columbia River highway and were arrested and taken to Hood River where Judge Slranshan, who heard their plea of guilty, gave them a lecture on fire prevention, followed by * fine of $12.00.
