W. B. Greley, chief of the United States Forestry Depart ment on the matter of the Mt. Hood tramway in Portland tomorrow. R. E. Hcott and H. G. Ball have been ap pointed delegates. It Is hoped the Crag Rats and the American Itogion may be permitted to send delegates. The chamber bad of ficially approved the tramway while the other bodies had not done so. The Crag Rats met last night, and the Le gion will meet tonight and it la ex pected they will do ao. If not allowed representation at the meeting, they will express their sentiments in writing.
