It appearing to this Court from the petition of F. G. Church, guardian of the person and estate of Ambrose Ostrander, an Incompetent person, that the order heretofore on June 9th, 1925, entered, directing the next of kin of said incompetent. and all per sons interested tn the property hendn described, to show cause why said property should not be sold was not published within the time in said order prescrllied, and that a later time for hearing of the petition of sale should be lixed; and it further ap- liearing from the petition of said Guardian that it is to the heat inter est and benefit of said ward, and that ft la nwessary. in order to pay the debts of said ward and to properly maintain and care for said enfeebled ward, that his entire estate, both real and personal property be sold; It ia hereby ordered, that the next of kin of said ward and all persons interested in bis estate, appear before this court on Saturday, the 12th day of September, 1925, at 10 o'clock a. m. at the Court Room of this Court in the Court House, ia Hood River City and County, State of Oregon, and then and there show cause.
