Judge Hasbrouck had acted without
authority iu ordering the survey.
Tlie memliers of the county granges
are irked over failure of the county
court to pay a bill, in excess of $100,
contracted by the now defunct county
tax and conservation committee. Mem-
bera of the committee have sent word
to County Judge Hasbrouck that the
re»-nll will be revived unless tlils bill
is ¡mid.
