In Norway re ports of the probable harvest of apples are somewhat discouraging, and the same applies more or less to pears. For cherries, plums and bush fruits, the prospects are considerably better. The Hungarian agricultural depart rr.ent reports (June ') that for Hun gary plums and pears sliuw the best promise.
