Tbe company has adopted the plan
of shipping out tbeir goods in tbeir
own barrels, new ones being provided
whenever it is necessary to increase
tbe number iu circulation. On tbeir
tetuin tbe barrels are soaliled with
steam until natei which is pliced in
them shows tbat it ia absolutely de
void of all aubstanos injurious to the
product. In shipping arrangements
the admiiable system is put in use of
placing the empty barrels in a oar on
the side track and tilling Ltnem from
tbe vinegar or ciderr tanks by tbe u-e
ot a long tiose. In this way 60 to 70
barrels are loaded and tilled in a short
time.
