IbeCity of Ilood River does ordain
as follows:
Section 1 No pet son or person,
owning or being in the posfetnion, of
auy borse, mare, geldlog, mule, cow
or oattle, sheep, hog, goal, chicken,
turkey, goose, duck, shall permit or
allow tbe same tr iuu at large within
tbe corporate limits ot tbe City of
Hood River, or shall permit or allow
tbe same to be herded, or staked or
picketed, upon any street, avenne.
