Morse Places Blame For Dominican Action WASHINGTON (UPI) - Sen. Wayne Morse, D-Ore., said Tuesday there is a "substantial body of evidence" that certain I U. S. business interests helped finance the recent overthrow of the Juan Bosch government in the Dominican Republic. Morse said he plans an "in quiry", into the Dominican coup after Congress reconvenes in January. Morse is chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations sub committee on Inter - American Affairs.
