Baked Bologna
New Dinner Dish
Here's an easy, economical
dinner suggestion that will add
new appeal to an old favorite,
bologna.
To prepare, place whole bolo
gna in a shallow pan. Leave
skin on but pierce it well all
way around with a fork. Sur
round with canned sweet pota
toes. Pour a 10-ounce bottle of
Mandarin Sauce, a tangy new
sauce with the flavor of sweet
peppers and pineapple juice re
cently introduced, evenly over
bologna and potatoes. Bake at
325 degrees until heated through.
Baste bologna frequently with
sauce.
