Oilers Take Lead The Houston Oilers took a one-game lead in the Eastern Division with a 28-7 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Sun day's only other AFL game. In Saturday mgni s games Mac Blacks Winners In 7th Grade Game Francis Edwards ran for one touchdown and a conversion and Bobby Meeds scored on a pass interception as the McLoughlin Blacks defeated the Mac Whites Friday in Medford seventh grade football. The two players along with Dave Aeschlman, Jim Mercer and Harry Withrow led the Blacks. Joe Finncll and Gary Singler were sparks for the White team. The Blacks wound up with a 2-2 record and the Whites were 0-4. the Denver Broncos and New York Jets played to a 35-35 tie and the Buffalo Bills downed the Boston Patriots 28-21. Today Daniels is the AFL's rushing leader and Davidson one of the circuit's most dan gerous passers. Daniels gained 126 yards in 15 carries Sunday to take over the ground gaining lead with 523 yards in eight games while Da vidson threw touchdown passes of 39, 46 and nine yards to Do bie Craig, Art Powell and Glenn Shaw, respectively. Fullback Keith Lincoln s 51- yard scoring run was the big offensive play of the game for San Diego. During the series of Tuesday night meetings each student will learn the hand arts, how to apply certain pressures and grips and the basic throws. Those who wish to continue on and learn more about judo may enroll in the club and progress through the various degrees or colored belts.
