As Howard Mitchell, conduct

ness firms to the library of
symphonic music has up to
this point been rather meager.
There have been composi
tions commemorating such
things as Napoleon's retreat
from Moscow and rainbows
over the Grand Canyon.
Bui as far as could be said,
Basic-Witz is the first furniture
company to have itself glor
ified by a concerto.
"This marks a new depart
ure for a business firm, which
we hope will start a trend,"
Miteneii commented.
I certainly subscribe to that
sentiment, although I was a
bit disappointed by Evett's

cree to the effect that Execu
tive Estate Planners were en
joined from preparing estate
plans embodying legal analysis,
either as a separate service or
as an incident to carrying on
the insurance business.

Robert H. Foley in an action
to recover possession of real
property.
Upheld action by Marion

Sloper in dismissing a complaint
which sought to have parts of
