Mills has joined the Medford office of Pacific Northwest company as a reg istered representative, accord ing to Edmund E. Haas, vice president of the" investment banking firm. Before moving to the Med ford area, Mills was with the Pacific Northwest company's Spokane office for 2V years. He is a member of the Na tional Association of Security Dealers, and was formerly Eastern Washington bond chairrnan of the Investment Bankers Association of Amer ica. Prior to joining his present company, Mills for seven years was manager of job and distribution for the Car nation company in eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and western Montana. A graduate of the Univer sity of Colorado in business administration, Mills is mar ried and the father of one son, has served in the United States Army, and is a mem bers of Elks Lodge. Pacific Northwest company has 15 offices in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, and is a member of the Midwest Stock Exchange as well as Northwest correspondent of Kidder, Peabody and Compa ny of New York, members of the New York Stock Ex change. ' Three Citations Issued Following Accidents in City Three drivers were cited by Medford police Thursday fol lowing investigation of five vehicle accidents. No injuries were reported, officers said. Betty Ann Robinson, 23, of 518 Alberts rd., was cited for failure to yield the right of way after her car collided with a vehicle operated by Anita Chan Graves, 1902 Elm St., about 3:30 p.m. at Third and Front sts. Vehicles operated by Le land Dennis Williams, 24, of 2017 Suzanna St., Darell Lee Edwards, 28, of 220 Beatty St., and Milton Francis Gor don, 33, of 715 Pine St., were Involved in a rear-end colli sion about 4:10 p.m. on Cra ter Lake ave. near Stevens A two-car collision about 5:34 p.m. at Main and Elm sts. involved vehicles operat ed by Eddie Martin Olson, 79, of 1119 West 10th St., and James Arthur Ward Jr., 33, Fort Jones, Calif. T-iotlof .Inspnh Eisman. 16. of 121 Vernada st., was cited for violation of basic rule aftnr his ear slid on loose gravel and turned over about 11:30 p.m. at Keeneway ana TTnctwnnH dr. A citation for violation of basic rule was issued to Rob ert Raymond Buckley, 20, of iii Smith Ivv st.. after he was involved in a three-car collision about 5:04 p.m. on West 11th st. near South r.ranp st. Police Get Warrant For Burglary Suspect Medford police have ob tained a warrant for the ar rest of ATron Cornelius Huis- man. 18. charging mm wun the burglary of the Brave Bull restaurant. 1206 North T;-arciHf 9VP.. June 10. Huisman is in custody of the Portland police depart ment. He was arrested there after burglary tools were found in his possession. City detectives said Fri day they understand Huis man is also wanted by Grants Pass for questioning about a burglary there.
