Apostolic Church Announces Theme 'A Mother's Heart in a Child's Schoolroom" will be Hie theme of Sunday services at the Apostolic Faith church. The Rev. Loyce C. Carver will give the Mother's Day mes sage. At the opening exercises oi Sunday school at 9:30 a.m , Jackie Hoggard will give a "Mother s Day welcome rec itation. A first grade chorus will sing. "God Bless our Mothers." Denise Brown and Darrell Teel of the primary department will recite Bible verses. A group of second and third graders will use the fa miliar tune, "Come, Thou Fount.' as they sing espec ially arranged words honoring mothers. Tim Burchfield will give the closing prayer. Mrs. William Withrow is in charge of the primary department. The young people s chorus, under the direction of Duane Jones, will sing, "Memory Paints a Picture." Introduce the Speaker Free Methodist Men Plan Dinner Session The Light and Life Men's Fellowship group of the Free Methodist church will have a dinner meeting on Saturday starting at 6:30 p.m. at the church. Mr. Lester Marsh, vice president of the group, has planned the dinner to be followed by an address by Rev. Garlan Shinn of the American Sunday School Un ion. The mothers of the church will be honored in the open ing assembly of Sunday School in a program planned by Mrs. Eugene Covic and Mrs. Dean Samp. The adult department super intendent Loyal Smith will introduce the program. The Sunday School theme for the month of May is "For Times Like These - Christian Homes." In the morning worship ser vice one of the young men from the Junior department, Stephen Lee, will present a vocal solo.
