Judge Alan Davis Wednesday declared a strike by Local 90 of the Masters, Mates and Pilots Union against a Dela ware shipping firm was Il legal. The Judge also issued a temporary Injunction against picketing the S.S. St. Chris topher, which is berthed there. The vessel is owned by Olga Konow, Inc. The company is seeking a permanent injunction and more than one-half million dollars in damages from the local and three of its mem bers. Judge Davis upheld the firm's contention that the As sociation of Maritime Offi cers are bargaining agents ior the ship's deck officers.
