You will please take notice that pursuant to an order of the Jack ion County Court directing publi cation of this notice of proposed changes or amendments in the South Talent Interim Zoning Or dinance. the Jackson County Plan ning Commission will hear at a pub lic meeting May 8. 1963. at 8:00 o'clock p.m . in the Courthouse, Medford. Oregon, remonstrance! to the following proposed changes in said ordinance. 1. It is proposed that Section IX. Paragraphs G and H reading as follows, be deleted: 'G. APPROVAL: All approval of applications made by the Board of Adjust ment shall be my majority vote.. The Board of Adjust ment shall make its findings and recommendations to the applicant in writing within 30 days after the public hear ing and within five days after the Board of Adjustment has rendered a decision. "H. APPEALS: All applications denied by the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to the entire Plnnning Commission within 15 days ot such denial, and all applications denied by the entire Planning Commission may be appealed to the Coun ty Court within 15 days of such denial." 2. The stumpage rate for any species will not be increased above the base rate until the subsequent ad justed rates above the base rate for all species develop an accum ulated total rinllnr value in excess of the total recorded accumulated difference for all species.
