MARION PHIFE Ashland - Marion Angelina Phifc, 70, of 628 Crowson rd., Ashland, died Thursday at hcr home. She had lived in Ashland for 19 years and came from Chula Vista, Calif. She was married to George Phifc, now retired from the U.S. Navy, Jan. 6, 1923, at Long Beach, Calif. Mrs. Phife was a member of the Lutheran church, and the Ladies' auxiliary of Vet erans of World War 1, Ash land. Former Resident Is Apprehended Two escapees from the Nev ada state penitentiary, One of thorn a former Medford area resident, were apprehended h. Nevada Sfltiirrty morning after they escaped Friday night. Jackson county sheriff's deputies said the two were Lawrence Delano Isgrigg, for mer local man, and Perry Bones. They had burglarized a Nevada store and obtained a knifq and gun and were considered dangerous. Isgrigg is believed to have cx-wife in the Phoenix area.
