Medford Shopping Center.
Officers said Julia Mac
White. 46. of 851 Palm st was
taken into custody Friday af
ternoon after she was appre
hended leaving the store with
several items for which she
had not paid. She was lodged
in Jackson county jail.
A 15-year-old Medford boy
was arrested about 3:35 p.m.
Saturday for shoplifting. He
was released to the custody of
his parents on the advice of
juvenile authorities after giv
ing statements to officers ad
mitting attempted theft.
