Attendance goal is one per cent of the registered Demo cratic women in each county. The statue of women will be the conference subject. Mrs. Edward C. Kelly will be moderator for a panel dis cussion. Mrs. Frank Christian, Talent president of the Elea nor Roosevelt league, is in charge of a display of pic tures and Information on wo men who have been promi nent in Democratic politics over the past 80 years.
