Kilkenny Thursday. Kilkenny granted a federal petition that the Coast Guard be relieved of liability for the deaths of Robert Bolam and Ted Sigurdson and the loss of the purse seiner Barbara Lee. . The widows of the two fishermen sought da lages of $254,000 for the loss of their husbands. The owner of the Barbara Lee, Roy C. Fur fiord of Westporl, Wash., arked recovery of $85,000 for the loss of his boat. Mrs. Hubert Prangcr appar ently shot her husband and then turned the gun on her self, Washington county sher iff's deputies said. Both were shot in the right temple. A .32-caliber revolver was found under Mrs. PranRer's body, uceording to deputies. Pranser's budy was found in a wheelchair in the front room of the home. His wife was in the kitchen. Dr. James Stewart, county health officer, said the couple probably hud been dead since Monday. They were found by a daughter, Mrs. Donald Fitz gerald of Hillsboro, when she stopped for a visit.
