Bill Dugan, president, an nounced that Saturday, April 20, had been selected for the pear blossom parade. The date selected falls on the Saturday following Eas ter Sunday, Dugan noted, and follows the pattern establish ed in the past of selecting the date far enough in advance to allow adequate planning.
