Jerry Clmi-wen announced he will resign Dec. 31 as ex ecutive secretary of the Ore gon Republican party, lie said he was resigning to go into public relations work. Miss Joan Baker, executive secretary of the Oregon Democratic party, will leave Dec. 31 to start a four-year law course at Georgetown university, Washington, D C. Republican State Chairman Phillip Roth said a successor to C'laussen will he discussed when the flOP central com mittee meets Jan. 12 at Salem. Democratic State Chairman K. D.
