McNa niara authorized Wednesday the payment of S455.000 in expenses to about 2,100 mili tary dependents removed from the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This information conies from the newly published ''Directory of Opportunities for Graduates 1D63." in which 430 British firm describe the type of jobs they can offer men with new university de grees.
