Philanthropies To Be Aided By Candy Sale Central Point - Miss Sandra Beasley, honored queen of Bethel 38, International Order of Job's Daughters, reported on a recent school of instruc tion in Grants Pass at last week's meeting of the bethel in the Central Point Masonic hall. Mrs. Merrill Harsh, guardi an of epochs for the bethel, reviewed the instructions re ceived at the school. Miss Beasly was elected grand inner guard for Oregon by members of her bethel to replace Miss Diann Wood ward, who has moved to Cali fornia. The organization's annual candy sale is now in progress. Proceeds go to the philan thropic fund for distribution to the Asthma foundation in Arizona; the Leukemia fund, scholarships and the support of two children through the Save the Children foundation. The bethel's scrapbook, which took second place in the state at the grand session held during the summer in Portland, was on display. The Misses Cathleen Harsh, Mary Kinkham and Susan Mullor provided refreshments for the evening. The Misses Miki Hays and Martha Harris furnished the decorations. MtUKORD MAIL TRIBUNE. MEDKORD.
