The dance is being held two months ahead of the regular time and on Saturday night. Usually, the dance is held on Thanksgiving eve or Thanks giving night. Money from the ticket sales will go toward the firemen's Christmas toy fund. The toys will be dis tributed by the Salvation Army this year. New and repaired toys have been distributed to between 500. and," 600 children each year. Local merchants also donate toys, it was reported. The toy distribution is made throughout Jackson county and as far as Happy Camp, Calif., firemen said. The dance begins al 9 p.m., but the doors open at 8 p.m. A western and a jazz band will provide music.
