College Aid (HR 8000) House Passed bill would provide $1.5 billion over five years in construction loans and grants for college build ings. Senate - Passed bill would provide $1.5 billion in construction loans, $250 mil lion in building grants for junior colleges and $1)00 mil lion for student scholarships.
