Newlyweds Make Home In Medford Mr. and Mrs. Kred McCall Baulcy are living at 642 Pine street following their wedding ' July 22 in the Open Bible Standard church, Medford. The single ring ceremony was performed at 2:30 o'clock in the afternoon by the Rev. Virgil Harsh. The bride is Ihe former Mrs. Marguerite Marie Fletch er. For her wedding the bride chose a rose lace dress over taffeta which she wore with white accessories. VJer corsage was of white carnations. Mrs. Guy Nelson, matron of honor, wore a blue and white figured silk dress with white accessories and her cor sage was of pink flowers. Mr. Nelson was best man. A reception attended by about 30 guests was held after the ceremony and was given by the bride's daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Milt on Medcalf. in their home at 310 North Berkeley way. The reception color theme was pink and arrangements of j pink gladiolus and pink cand-! les decorated the Medcalf! home. i The wedding cake was served by Mrs. Albert Cole.! The bride is a daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Norval F. Zimmerman, San Marino, and the bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. N. B, Mullen, 27 North Barneburg road, Med ford. The marriage ceremony look place July 2(1 at Christ chapel of San Marino Com munity church. The Rev. Ben T. Cowlcs officiated. The cer emony was attended by about 50 family friends and rela tives, and the reception which followed in the garden of the Zimmerman home was for 250 guests. The bride's gown of white peau de soie, was fash ioned with portrait neckline, and a cummerbund of Alen con lace accented the high waistline. A Dior rose held the folds of the skirt at the back. A leaf-shaped headdress held the bride's shoulder length veil and she carried an open Bible with lily-of-the-valley, slcphanotis and butter fly orchids. Mrs. John N. Snowden Jr., Sacramento, Calif., sister of the bridegroom, was honor at tendant and bridesmaids were Miss Susan Zimmerman, sis ter of the bride, and Miss Ju dith Erland, Portland. Their aquamarine frocks were fash ioned with bodices of frosted lace and hell-shaped skirts of Methodist Ceremony Weds Pair Vivian Belknap Thatcher, daughter of Mrs. Mary Bel knap, .'CIO Plum street, and Raymond Belknap, 28R4 Syl via road, Central Point, be came the bride of Karl Ed ward Walker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Walker of Mullen, Ida., in riles read July 29 in the Medford First Meth odist church. Fifteen friends and rela tives attended the ceremony which was performed by Dr. George Roseberry at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Mis. B. II. Belknap, a sis ter-in-law nf Ihe bride, was tnalrnn of honor and Mr. Bel knap served as best man. The bride, given in mar riage by her father, wore a blue print (lowered nylon and chiffon street length dress with navy blue accessories. She carried a bouquet of pink and white roses and carna tions. The matron of honor was dressed in a pink bro cade sheath dress with bone colored accessories and her bouquet was of pink carna-l lions. Baskets of pink and white flowers decorated the altar, i Mr. and Mrs. B. H. Bel knap gave the reception in the patio at their home at B7 Perrydale avenue. Cutting and serving the cake was Mrs. G. W. Dr. Zimmerman gave his daughter in marriage and Frank Albert, Medford, was best man for Mr. Mullen, Bruce Zimmerman, brother of the bride, and Jack Mullen, brother of the bridegroom, were ushers, For the wedding ceremony and reception the bride's mother wore a beige silk dress with beige lace over blouse. The bridegroom's mother was attired in a sheath of pale pink silk. Their flow ers were white orchids. White carnations and gladi oli decorated the chapel and for the garden reception, large hanging baskets of white flowers were arranged around the pool, the house and the garden. A boat of flowers floated In the pool and can dles were placed on the lily pads. The newlyweds traveled to Mexico for their wedding trip, the bride wearing a brown linen suit. In September they will go to Lexington, Ky., where the bridegroom will study for his master's degree in history at the University of Kentucky and Mrs. Mullen will continue her study of art. Later Mr. Mullen plans to ap ply for a teaching position in Tanganyika, Africa. Among the wedding guests were Bruce West, William Foote and Jerry Close, all of Medford. Reception Honors Pair After Church Ceremony Central Point - Miss Pa tricia Laureen Smith and Roger Duane Copley were married in August 3 rites at tended by only family mem bers. The 7:30 o'clock eve ning ceremony was held in the Medford Central Church of Christ with the Rev. John V. Heberling performing the double ring service. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard T. Smith, Route 1, Box 266, Cen tral Point, and the bride groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ance Copley, 1205 South Stage road, Medford. The bride, given in mar riage by her father, wore a white brocaded suit with semi-fitted jacket and her shoulder length tulle veil was held by a tiara trimmed with pink rosebuds. Her corsages was of pink rosebuds. Miss Irene Wilson, maid of honor, wore a pale blue nylon sheath dress and her corsag was of white carnations. James Gould, Medford, was best man and Richard Smith, a brother of the bride, was usher. The church was decorated with bouquets of white and pink gladioli and the wedding music was played by Miss Jean Cunningham.
