No driv ers were cited, police said. A car driven by Edward Frey, 60, Portland, struck parked vehicle registered to Max Alfred Kulbc, 120 Genes see St., about 5:10 p.m. on Riv erside ave. between Seventh and Eighth sts. The mishap oc curred as Kulbo opened the left-hand door of his car just as Frey was driving by, offi cers said. A parked car registered to Rex and Ethel Nicodemus, 1122 West Fourth si., was struck and damaged by an unidentified vehicle about 12:30 a.m. while it was park ed in front of the Nicodemus residence, according to police reports.
