1 OBITUARIES EARL A. GREEN Funeral services for Earl Aaron Green, 17, of Rogue River, who died Sunday, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Hope Presbyterian church at Rogue River. The Rev. Robert Maxson of Hope Presbyterian church will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Henry R. Holsinger of the Wimer Community church. Committal will be in Woodville cemetery at Rogue River, with Conger-Morris Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. Mr. Green was born June 18. 1945. in Detroit. Mich., and moved with his parents to Rogue River in the spring of 1948. He had finished his junior year at Rogue River High school. He was a mem ber of the Hope Presbyterian church, and for the past two years was an active worker in 'he Youth for Christ Rally held in Medford. Survivors include his par ents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Green, Rogue River; a sister, Marilyn Green, at home; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Furgeson, Charlevoix, Mich. Casket bearers will include Charles France, Ray Powell, Gary West, Jason McClung, Elwin Paulson, and Jack Buckle. ELENOR BOUSSUM Funeral services for Mrs. Elenor Boussum, 70, who died Sunday, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Conger Morris downtown chapel. The Rev. Kenneth Mathewson of the Four Square Gospel church will officiate. Commit tal will be in Memory Gar dens Memorial park. Mrs. Boussum was bnrn Feb. 14, 1876. in Kansas. She moved to southern Oregon in 1892 with her parents, the late Oliver LeRoy and La Verna Walden, and had lived for many years in Jackson ville. Survivors include her hus band, Harry H. Boussum, Medford; a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Puckett, Brookings, Ore.; two brothers, Elmer Walden, Escondido, Calif.; and O. S. Mich., the daughter of Charles and Edith Condon. On Jan. 11, 1918, in Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga., she was mar ried to R. J. (Rudy) Tetreault, who survives. Mr. and Mrs. Tetreault have been residents of the valley for the past 17 years, and have resided in Jackson ville for the past 5 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church of Med ford. She was also a member of the Phoenix Lion's aux iliary. Survivors, besides her hus band, include one son. Ralph Tetreault, LaCreseenta. Calif.: two daughters. Mrs. Edythe Tetreault Moore, Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Janice Tetre ault Kenton, Talent, Ore.: her mother, Mrs. Edith M. Con don. Stockton, Calif.: one sis ter, Mrs. Grace McColl, Stock ton, Calif.; one brother, Charles I. Condon, Oakland, Calif.; and eight grandchil dren. Honorary pallbearers will be John Crabb, E. W. Scarbor ough, Central Point, has bven assigned to the United States Air Force security service at Goodfellow Air Force base, Texas. Hibbs, M.D., of 190 White Oak dr., is currently on two weeks ac tive duty for training at Madi gan General hospital, Tacoma, Wash. Dr. Hibbs is acting as chief of the medical service for his unit, the 321st General hospital, while at Madigan. COMPLETES YEAR Cadet Patrick Suran, 1217 Siskiyou blvd., Medford, has completed one year at the U.S. Merchant Marine acad emy, Kings Point, N Y. August 1 he will leave for home on annual leave. At the start of the 1962-1963 academ ic year, Soran will report to the Academy Training rcpre- jsentative at San Francisco. Calif., for assignment to ships of the American Merchant Marine for his so-called "sea year." Upon his return from sea where he will function as a cadel-officer, Soran will re turn to Kings Point to com plete two more years of study which will qualify him for a ' bachelor of science degree, a U.S. Coast Guard license as third officer any ship any ocean, and a commission in the U.S. Naval reserve. Les ter, Gold Hill, is in the Sea side hospital, Crescent City, Calif., as the result of multi ple arm fractures, suffered in a two-car crash Sunday on Oregon mountain on the Rrd- I wood highway in California. Miss Lester was a passen ger in a car driven by her fiance. Howard Charles Mt ner, 19. son of Mrs. Louise Bruce, Gold Hi . ! Other passengers were her brother, Frederick W.
