Stockmen Tell of
Plans to Reclaim
Valley Flood Land

the southern part of the valley
to the Oregon Land Board
Tuesday. The board asked for
more details. .

Johnson and Whitney said

cepted by a majority vote of

Under terms of the agree-
; ment, the Teamsters will re-
ceive a 16-cent hourly in
crease when they return to
work, another 20-cent in

turn called Miami's Air Route
Traffic Control Center. The
center was able to pick up a
radar emergency signal from

The Miami center said It
directed Grissom safely into
' range of the airbase approach
' control, which guided the as
tronaut Into a safe landing at
Patrick.
Grissom telephoned t h e
Miami center when he landed
to extend his thanks.
"I don't know how I could
have gotten down without
you," the astronaut said.
