keeping dogs from running
loose on public property.
Owners whose pets are picked
up and impounded will face
minimum fine of $5.75.
Councilmen also adopted
an ordinance to permit sell
ing ice cream and other milk
products from vehicles.
An ordinance providing for
additional parking meters on
South Broadway and South
Main st. was introduced, and
a resolution was passed by
the council favoring a joint
city-county health Inspection
program.
