According to plan (picture above) as announced In Harper's Magazine August, 1958 the world will be divided Into 51 regions and 8 zones, with a dictator at the top called "World Director". Under him will be 8 Zone Directors, under them will be 51 Regional Directors, all appointed. The United States and Canada will be divided into regions, all will be policed by alien troops. The military forces of this country will be sent to six different sections of the divided world. (Capsule News June 11, 1960. ) The United States will be divided into 15 Federal Regions, county and stale lines will be abolished (county lines are already abolished in Con necticut and former local power concentrated at Hartford, the state capi tal) (Capsule News, June 4, 1960.) The steps, according to plan, first a City Manager form of government, second a County Manager form of government, falsely called Home Rule, or, metro (one and the same), third Regional, or, Metropolitan form of government, all built on the same pattern. The buildings contained in this palatial area, 30 blocks, appear to be sufficient to house a bureaucracy well in excess of 30,000. The state now employes in the neighborhood of 15,000. REPORTS OWN THEFT Goldsboro, N.C. - (UPJJ - An unidentified telephone caller boasted to police Wednesday that he had stolen $25.98 from the city tax office.
