Duncan Wednesday night documented 1959 news reports quoting former Congressman Charles O. Porter in favoring recogni tion of Red China, admission of Red China to the United Nations and trade tHb Red China. At the same time Duncan denied Porter's charge of "smear tactics" by Duncan in their campaigns for the Demo cratic nnmiation for Con gress in the fourth district.
