fellow men. To my way of
thinking, such men had to be

ones who consented to be the
goats in being branded as
- common criminals, fined,
Jailed and put on probation
- of good behavior. This mind
- you, that their fellow officials
could escape popular public
eomdemnation.
Just what was the "sin" of
these men representing their
companies? As told to me,

soning, they met in secret
agreement with other electri
cal executives to agree on a
base rate below which they
would not go in bidding on

: tracts. Why? Just plain grim
survival as a going concern,

of living next to none, thanks
to Industries that do survive.

Love and Tolerance
. To the Editor: In response
to my suggestion for a "Let's
Appreciate - No Complaint"
week during Easter, my desk
is flooded with mall, about 70
per cent approval and enthus
iastic on the idea.
It is heartwarming to real
ize most people prefer to be
loving and tolerant, rather
than" critical of his fellow
man. It there is anything this
world is seriously in need of,
it's "Love and Tolerance."
- I can't think of a better
time to express these two es
sentials than right now, and
Incidentally, those . feelings
are very contagious. Who
knows how far it might
spread, and what good accom
plished, if we here In the
most beautiful spot in the na
tion would "sow the seeds"
of the example set before us
by the only "perfect" Man
there ever will be. :
. Let's show our faith, and
appreciation of His sacrifice
by our own conduct, in ap
preciation, tolerance, and gen
uine love of our fellow man,
regardless of race or religion.
All humanity Is approximate

good, if we restrain our

the warmth of human kind

Let's take this Easter week
to throw out the "self ego"
in our natures, the urge to
convince others only WE have

lonely and confused.
We may (discover a new re
spect for ourselves, even,
certainly greater happiness.
Each of us could fill a book

ery of our Supreme Court,
brings the hot gorge up in
your throat, you are in

company. For the brazen,
criminal, pro-Red rulings of
this Court has brought down
the wrath and the castigating
condemnation of scores of our
Congressmen, and practically
all of our State Supreme
Court Justices.
Furthermore, the American
Bar Association, representing
200,000 American attorneys
and judges with the best legal
brains of the nation, has listed
20 Decisions of the Warren
Court, over a period of just
two years, which are aiding
and abetting the Communist
Conspiracy in America.
Now, get a good grip on
yourself and read the follow
ing slowly. On Feb. 19-21,
25-28 and Mar. 3, 4, 1958, in
a hearing before our Internal
Security Subcommittee, the
SPX Research Associates pre
sented overwhelming, docu
mented evidence which brand
ed the Warren Court as prob
ably the most Important in
strument of the Communist
Conspiracy in their program
Conquest. This Re-
port was suppressed. The gen
eral public never got to read
It.

mately three dozen major,
"Red" Decisions of this Court
which are giving vast, untold
"aid and contort" to our mor
tal enemy, the Communist
Conspiracy, in this country

left sovereign States helpless

The Mimimum Wage Vote
To the Editor: Much has ap
peared in your paper recently
criticizing Representa
tive Durno for his
vote
against the administration's
minimum wage law. Mr. Nor
ton of Phoenix and Mr.
Straub of Eugene have gone
so far as to suggest that single
handedly. Representative
Durno has stopped the Ken
nedy administration from the
accomplishment of its pur
pose in this field.
The current House is com
posed of 261 Democrats and
176 Republicans. Here in the
Fourth District we should be
proud indeed of a freshman
congressman who can over
come an overwhelming ma
jority of opposition arrayed
against him and work his will
upon the nation.
This, of course, is foolish
ness. Almost as foolish as the
attempt to legislate wage
levels. The whole history of
human freedom has been the
struggle against governmen
tal power. When the children
of Israel spoke , to ' Samuel
saying "Give us a King to
rule us," this wise man
warned them of the disastrous
effects of unlimited govern
mental power. From that day
to this the lesson of history
is clear. Freedom, security,
prosperity are matters of in
dividual attainment, not gov
ernmental edict.
Speaking directly to the
point, the minimum wage
law in and of itself is not a
guarantee of prosperity and

heaven being over-crowded.
What, know you not sir,

was, but is not now? And
Satan being great in glory,

bad many followers, and he
